salaam|namaste(outside Cinema Hall):Film Review

This next post of mine was planned to be dedicated to the film review of this new movie starring Saif and the Pretty Woman but here u will find something more intriguing and worth reading...

The movie was ofcourse awesome (after all we played the major roles)..and enjoyed too in the end...seriously!!

*STARRING*

in positive role:

1.A Nepali Aunty(as was appearing from her appearance,nomenclature by Anki:-))
2 Anki,Anu,Priya & Shubhra :-)
3.A girl in blue top( Miss X),And her boyfriend(supposedly)( Mr.Y).

in negative role;)

1. A lady in blue salwar kameez and yello dupatta
2. A lady in Yello saari

Keeping in view that today is the first Sunday after the movie was released,after a little sesion of some confusions and fuss in the hostel,we four reached the movie hall at abt 2:15 noon.
So the movie starts 45 minutes before the scheduled time:-)

We saw that the queue was a bit long but then relieved to see that the ladies' one was much shorter,Anki stood in the line and we 3 stood beside her talking on anything we saw around us and PJaying as well :)...Abt 10 mins passed and i cud realise that Anki had hardly stepped ahead, I inquired as to why not even a single girl got a ticket till now and left the queue...and I was answered by a lady infront of Anki "Ticket waali khidki khulegi tab naa"....Aah!! it was already abt 2:30..and the place was already too crowded.."how can they expect to sell all the tickets in jst 15-20 mins or so??"...but there are no options!
So we waited...Had the premonition that getting into the hall today won't be a easy job(if at all that was destined)..and Anki will have to give a good fight to get us in.

Finally the "khidki" opened ..Thank God!! but along with this cool news..someone prompted from behind that the tickets in black were already on sale.Well,no worries for us, for we had jst abt 5 ladies infront of us...& we were pretty sure for atleast we four before the scheduled time for the movie.
So atleast watching the movie became sure!:)

Then comes the real twist in story, someone said that one person can only take 2 tickets at max...no probs! Shubhra makes her entry..and stands behind Anki...myself and Anu right beside them:)..Miss X behind Anki in the queue was kind enough to let Shubhra in.

Then Aunty in blue suit makes her grand entry,this new entity was appearing right infront of the window...from where did she come?..someone said that she just managed into the queue from a side path to let out the ones who have already bought the ticket.The ladies in front became furious and asked her to join from back,and we also started supporting them :-) ..making the environment bit lighter;-)

Initially the tone was peaceful
"Auntyji hum log bahut der se wait kar rahe hain, aap please peeche se join kariye!"...
But aunty just ignored us,on repeating our dialogue she just gave us a glance..and carried on!..Oohh!! that was too much now!,she doesn't even care to reply.. someone from behind said Aunty bolengi unhe to woh nahin sunengi",and we started laughing.."to fir daadi bolna chahiye kya";-)(someone amongst us prompted again)...
Well we ignored her thinking its all futile talking to her,and one person more won't make much of a difference.But then arrived the another negative character in the story,lady in yello saari...she kinda "squeezed" Anki and Shubhra in the line ,entered & stood in front.Now that was limit..!The movie was abt to start and ppl around were taking advantage of our generousity mistaking us for the dumb ones...but they were kinda wrong...all generousity should be shown only to the ones who really deserve them..... and ofcourse,no compromises when it comes to movies;-)

Everyone else in the line including us were trying hard to convince them to move back..but in vain!The lady in saari was all the more obstinate and we said so many things but no effect at all...how can someone elder behave so kiddishly?..Her attitude was really really annoying.Shubhra literary shouted at her,but all vain.

Shubhra::"This is teththerism yaar"...wow what a new word!...but mind it,its not english ;-)
Well with very little hope of getting in now,we still waited for something better.The serious scene created there was soon turned to a comic one...
The lady in blue suit still struggled hard to put her hands into the ticket window,
I tried for something lighter as always:-)..just in meagre attempt to cheer my friends..i began kinda singing
Priya:"Peela dupatta neela suit"
Anki:"Chali chali yeh ticket ko loot"
Unknowingly this became a bit loud and the whole environment burst into laughter:-) specially the "nepali" aunty( who was standing in front of Anki in the queue),she continued laughing even after a long time and was really too humourous!!
The aunty in blue suit seemed to overhear the joke pointed at her...didn't matter to us much
Then a trick came for the "other" one too (for the aunty in yellow saari).
I told her "Auntyji someone is calling u, he says its too crowded,and u shud leave"
Aunty::"Who is calling?"
me::"How do i know auntyji..he just asked me to call u,the lady in front and in yellow saari"
Aunty::"Okay!tell him I m just coming ,I m abt to get the tickets"

Probably she anticipated my trick,and the smiles on our face made it all the more obvious...doesn't matter:-) once again!...we were having fun...and once again the "Nepali" aunty added spice to the whole scene.
Sometime later husband of "nepali aunty" (Uncle)arrives.
Uncle::"Chalo yahaan se ,black mein tickets le lete hain"
Aunty::"Arrey chodo ji,mujhe yahaan bahut maza aa raha hai"
Uncle::"Par movie ke liye late ho jaayenge"
Aunty::"Asli movie to yahin par chal rahi hai"....In the whole conversation she was laughing away merrily...and seemed to be enjoying so much that she didn't realise when she actually shifted from 3rd position to 4th in an effort to listen to our gossips:)
Finally,her husband shrugged off & left and she remained there itself with us.

What next??
The black tickets soared to the double rate..And what cud be worse? the "khidki" was shut again!
All the "encroachers" and the sweet "nepali aunty"also left...now we were the first ones right infront of the window..but of no use until its shut..We already resolved, that we won't buy tickets in black.. whatever be the case,after all if citizens like us will encourage all this,who's gonna stop all that??;-)

We were just abt to leave,when Mr.Y says
"how many tickets u ppl want??"
"four"
"There r just five tickets left inside"
"Yooo!!"
But there are total of 6 contenders...we 4 ,Miss X & Mr.Y:(
We rejoiced(being on front) but the expression on Miss X face turned dull instantly....Mr Y suggested her something..
"Tum dekhlo inlogon ke saath, main bahar wait karta hoon"..wow,so much concern.thats really appreciable..But as expected,Miss X won't agree to this atleast...Now what???

It was already 3:15 and someone said the movie has already started,and neither of us was in favor of watching this movie from somewhere in between!
So before our roles turned into negative characters between the sweet pair which seemed to be sad just bcos of us ..we decided to walk away so that atleast this story might have a happy ending !...leaving them in utmost happiness right infront of the "shut" window:-)


Finally,back to the hostel..:-(and writing this blog on demands of few "special" ones!!:-)
